MBD has previously announced that Sam Bastounas joined the company on 1 February 2018 as Managing Director and CEO.
Chair of MBD, Mr Robert Johanson, now adds:
“MBD needs to realise its commercial potential quickly. Sam’s first priority is a strategic review of the business focused on how best to accelerate commercialisation and improve business productivity. This will be completed by 30 June 2018. The former Managing Director, Andrew Lawson, is currently on leave and will not return to the company as an executive. Andrew’s hard work has contributed enormously towards creating the opportunities MBD has today. On behalf of the Board I would like to sincerely thank Andrew for the dedication he has shown”, he said.
